A Say's Phoebe at Okanagan Falls: Peter Coxon Photo.
A Say's Phoebe was seen in a backyard along Meridian Way in Parksville. It was seen at a bird feeding station for about thirty seconds and then flew away. I recognized the very distinctive pale rufous belly with a pale gray back and it's phoebe shape.
