Orange-crowned Warbler (J. Morrison)
Friday April 8, 2022:
Orange-crowned Warblers were heard singing at Errington Community Park.
Many reports of Pine Siskins back at the feeders and a reminder to keep your feeders clean, replace old seed with fresh bird seed and clean the ground under your feeders removing any old wet bird seed that the birds may feed on. It is entertaining to watch the antics of Pine Siskins along with their pecking order, but siskins are easily susceptible to diseases as they move and do everything together in a flock.
