The Backyard's Weekly Bird Walks are starting up again on Sunday, March 1st out of Nanaimo, and Tuesday, March 10th out of Parksville.

Red-throated Loon
Hi birders a Red-throated Loon was seen offshore from the Little Qualicum River Estuary,( the bird was seen past the large flock of Scoters from the parking area near the "A" frame house) great sighting!
