Rare Bird Alert--"Say's Phoebe"

Hi birders,

John Purves and I went birding this afternoon and we spotted a Say's Phoebe, on a driftwood stump in from Mills Street on the Englishman River Estuary in Parksville. We saw the Phoebe for about thirty minutes as it would hawk insects and return to its perch on one of several driftwood stumps. The stumps are not far from the RV Place in the meadow area of the estuary, in from Mills Street.
